Very nice employees and you can find a lot in this branch.

Good alternative, if the branch in Magstadt is closed, as so often. Unfortunately location in completely desolate and extinct so-called shopping center, so that nothing else can do additionally. Short parking possible.

Do not trust this post. I sent a registered letter and came back to me. To discuss the matter, I usually have no desire, but I wanted to know why it had come back. The address was normal German address, and is relative a large garden furniture company. The lady at the post said I should have sent it by express. It's not about the fast but that the letter safely arrive there. So if they can give me no specific answer and only louder Gelabber because of the company was closed, or that the Fa should pick it up .. but you can try again the next day to submit the letter. For this I have paid extra for the registered letter so that it arrives safely! But no .. I had to send it again!

Waited for half an hour, because someone wanted to get me a package that did not exist. Waited for half an hour because somebody bought a balloon in front of me that had to be inflated and decorated. The opening hours are pretty modest. And really, most of them seem to have no idea in there either ... Anyway, they often ask for more for the post office, as the German Post would say, according to internet information. But you have to be happy, that there is the branch at all.

Personally, I find that the store is very small and for the size too many items are offered. Opener's longer wait at the post office counter. Staff very friendly.

all nice but why do you close Saturday at 12 o'clock if you arrive there packages from Friday at 12 o'clock ... you can understand but you do not have!

Parking is only available when the shop is closed. Employees are competent and fix, even if the queue through the whole store, faster than in Sindelfingen ..

The opening hours could be even better

Great shop! Nice employee. Apparently the staff has changed. Hours are just like they are :)

Location not optimal, opening times very limited

As a branch of Deutsche Post completely inappropriate opening hours. During the week, working people have almost no opportunity to pick up packages that have been diverted to the store. The only option is Saturday morning. Here, a continuously open packing station would be better suited for most concerns than a branch with inappropriate opening hours.

Service in the "Post" area leaves a lot to be desired. We had a "postal problem", but the lady on site showed no real interest in helping us with this issue. We were simply referred to the Swiss Post hotline without them even listening to our problem. It really is a very bleak service desert here.

I don't think I've seen a rougher team like this in my life. The customer is "dispatched" and if something does not work, he is immediately sent away in a way that makes you feel like a dork. That help is offered is alien here. Especially the women there are a disaster in my eyes. Sometimes I would like to hand out minus asterisks, unfortunately it doesn't work, but the shop deserves it.
